The room was big and clean, with a pleasant view of foliage. The onsen was amazing, big and clean. The cafe bar in the lobby had delicious apple pie. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to the train station was a blessing, with nice drivers.
It was all superb.

Nestled beside a flowing river, this secluded ryokan provided a peaceful escape. the spacious Japanese-style room was comfortable, complete with tatami mat flooring and a sitting area. Delicious meals featured local ingredients, and the bar staff made sure to offer a variety of drinks. the onsen was incredibly relaxing, with hot water and scenic views from the windows. the shuttle service was prompt and convenient, making up for the hotel's distance from other attractions.
The ryokan's location, far from other shops and restaurants, may require guests to rely heavily on the shuttle service.

The hotel’s free shuttle service to the train station made getting around very convenient. The hot springs were a highlight, especially the outdoor ones, which had stunning views. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home during our stay.
The rooms were dated and could use some refurbishment, especially regarding the decor. , there wasn’t enough outlets in the room for charging electronic devices, which was a bit of a hassle.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. the hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the onsen is very nice. I also enjoyed the free shuttle service. the food was delicious, and I really liked that the menu changed daily.
Although the location is convenient if you plan to stay in the hotel, it's not ideal if you want to explore the surrounding area. the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient.
